Our Wheat, Beetroot & Almond Mix blends sprouted wheat, finger millet, natural beetroot powder, moongdal, and almonds, with a hint of cumin and pepper seeds. Start with one spoon of ARZ baby powder on the
first day and gradually increase the amount.
