Start with one spoon of ARZ baby powder on the
first day and gradually increase the amount.

Cooking Directions:
EASY TO COOK AND EASY DIGESTION
Wash your hands and make sure
all utensils are clean
Add 80 ml of water (can use milk above
1 year) to 2 tbs of ARZ Baby powder and mix lump-free
Cook the mixture on a medium flame for
3 to 5 min, keep stirring. continuously.
Adjust the porridge consistency as
desired and Serve it warm
